Its Sonic and Tails in the mushroom kingdom. Clearly they're a bit confused as to what to do. I just had to give them the boots from the Mario Brothers movie. Man, that movie sucked! 
Remember the good ol' days when Sega and Nintendo were mortal enemies. Nintendo and Sega fans would rather be gunned down than betray their favorite system. Now Sonic and Mario are on the same system. Ah, how times have changed. The concept for this came from reflecting on those times and how they've changed. Well enough ranting, enjoy.
